Master Volume – Controls the overall volume of the piano, including the built-in speakers and the headphone outputs. Slide to the right to increase the volume, and to the left to decrease the volume. Please note that the Master Volume does not affect the volume of the Line Outputs 17 .

Bass Control – Controls the amount of bass (low frequency) content of the sound output. Turn clockwise to increase the bass, turn counter-clockwise to decrease.

Treble Control – Controls the amount of treble (high frequency) content of the sound output. Turn clockwise to increase the treble, turn counter-clockwise to decrease.

Function Buttons – Used to access various functions of DCP-300, including turning Chorus and Reverb on or off, setting Touch sensitivity, activating Split and Layer Modes, etc.

Transpose Buttons – Used to transpose the pitch of the DCP-300 keyboard, and also may be used in combination with the Function buttons to enter data during certain editing functions.

Tempo Buttons – Used to adjust the Metronome tempo, and also may be used in combination with the Function buttons to enter data during certain editing functions.

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) – The LCD shows information about the current parameters in Performance Mode, and provides information during editing functions.

Data Control Knob – The Data Control knob is a multi-purpose control for entering and changing the settings of various functions. In its default setting it is assigned to change Voice Volume.

Voice Select Buttons – Used in conjunction with the Bank button to select the sounds built into DCP-300.

Bank Button – Toggles between the two banks of eight voices (sounds). Used with the Voice Select buttons to select the voices of DCP-300.

Sequencer Control Buttons – Used to record and play back songs recorded in the internal sequencer (Song Recorder) of DCP-300.
