The unique design of the Del Mar allows it to be used as a conventional stove in your outdoor
setting. This permits you to fry, saute, boil, wok, etc. • Remove the grill grate. • Remove the
radiant dome • Adjust flame to proper cooking temperature.
For smaller pots and pans,
place the cookware directly
on the three tongs of the
radiant plate.
For larger pots and pans,
including woks, invert the
radiant plate and place the
cookware directly on the
radiant plate.
