After hooking the lever for drum locking onto the stopper, secure the hex bolts hold-
ing down the blade holder:

Remove the chain guard and lubricate the
chain with machine oil.
Oil the sliding support parts, moving parts
and feed screw portions whenever

REPLACEMENT

Replace carbon brushes when they wear
down to about

mm
(1/4") or sparking will
occur. Both brushes should be changed
at
