In the ‘Add/Remove Hardware Wizard’ select the box beside “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list”. Click “Next >”to continue with the installation.
Select Standard Modem Types under the manufacturers list.
Select Standard 19200bps Modem under Models.
