·Remove Axle Nuts from Axle. Insert Axle through both sides of Wheel Legs. Place Axle Washers onto each end of Axle.
·Position Wheel hub recess to the outside and slide a Wheel onto each end of Axle.
·Attach Axle Nut onto each end of Axle. Tighten each side with wrench or pliers.
