•Only use liquid oil recommended for deep frying.
•Press the release button on the lid (9), and open the lid (10).
•Press the button on the handle (8), and unfold the handle (7) so that it is horizontal and a click is heard, lift the basket (5) from the bowl (6).

PRIOR TO FIRST USE
•Read the safety instructions through carefully.
•Remove all packaging from the deep fat fryer and place it on a flat, stable surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and at a safe distance from flammable objects.
•Clean the lid, bowl, handle, basket and casing with a damp cloth using warm water and a little
