Selecting using manual frequency entry

Manual frequency entry is available in the FM and AM wavebands.

Entry example: 97.9 MHz in the FM wave- band:

￿Switch on the FM waveband (￿ Page 27).

￿Press Q.

The frequency entry screen is dis- played. This gives the frequency range of the FM waveband.

￿In sequence press the number buttons 9, 7and 9.

Each number entered is displayed on the screen.

￿Press p.

The system tunes to the frequency. Af- ter a short time, the FM main menu is displayed.

It is not possible to make entries out- side the frequency range.
