In the System menu you can make settings that relate to the entire system.

Calling up the System menu

￿Press s.

The System menu is displayed.

You now have the following options:

￿Setting the time! (￿ Page 76).

￿Perform Display settings (￿ Page 77).

￿Setting the language! (￿ Page 78).

Setting the time

It is only possible to set the time when there is GPS reception.

The time change to summer or winter time does not take place automatical- ly. You will have to do this manually.

You should set the time sent by the GPS satellites UTC to the correct time zone.

￿Call up the Service menu (￿ Page 76).

￿Press the Clock soft key.

￿Press cor d.

This changes the time in half-hour in- crements.

￿Press the Return soft key.

The System menu is displayed. The new setting is stored.

The time in the vehicle instrument clus- ter changes automatically at the same time if the instrument cluster has been set accordingly (￿ Vehicle operating manual).
