8.2 Mitre fence

A - The 0° (90°) end point of the mitre fence is fitted with a stop screw. Through scre- wing the stop screw in or out, the end point can be given a fine adjust-ment.

BIt is advisible to check the adjustment with a test cut.

CThe arc scale is adjusted after having loose- ned the three clamping screws.

8.3 Central position of the saw blade

Underneath the table there are adjustment screws on both sides of the chip case.

After the clamping screws of the chip case have been loosened, the saw blade can be slid sideways by turning the adjustment screws in or out.

8.4 90° Setting of the saw blade

The 90° position of the saw blade relative to its table can be corrected through sliding the chip thousing. In order to do that you have to loosen the connection screws between the chip case and the cross-tie first.
