9.5 Cortes transversales ocultos con tope angular

Los cortes ocultos con tope angular se ejecutan como indicado bajo Punto 9.4. No obstante se retira la cubierta de protección.

En servicio sin cubierta de protección deberían llevarse gafas de protección, debido a que son arrojadas virutas y pueden conducir a lesiones.

9.6Cortar cuñas

-De una madera de cantos cuadrada o rectangular realizar primero un corte con el tope angular, de la longitud total de la cuña (véase Punto 9.4 de las Instrucciones de servicio).

-Se deben colocar la cuña de separación y la cubierta de protección.

BPrensar la pieza en el batán de corte de cuñas de tal manera, que sea sujetado firmemente por el batán. A continuación ajustar la inclinación de la cuña en la división de grados del tope angular.
