Rotating photos for printing

When printing multiple photos, they will all come out the same size if they are rotated to the same orienta- tion. When a photo is in the workspace, you can rotate it by clicking one of the rotate

buttonson the toolbar.

To print multiple photos on the same page:

1Open the photos you want to print, and make sure that they all have the same orientation.

2On the File menu, point to Print Special, and then click Multi-photo Sheet.

3Under Click a printer, click a printer, and then click Next.

4Under Click a category, click your brand or type of photo paper.

5Click an orientation, click a template, and then click Next.

6Click Several projects, and then click Next.

7Do one of the following:

■To fit each picture within the print area without cropping, click Fit within area.

■To make your pictures fill the whole print area, click Overlay and crop.

8From the Tray, drag your pictures onto the shaded areas of the template, and then click Next.

9Select the number of copies you want to print, and then click Print.

Printing Labels or on Special Paper

You can print different kinds of labels, including address labels, shipping labels, and full-sheet labels. In addition, you can print your photo on various kinds of paper, including photo paper, T-shirt transfer sheets, and magnet sheets. Refer to your printer’s manual to determine the types of paper on which it can print.

To print labels or on special paper:

1On the File menu, point to Print Special, and then click Labels or Special Paper.

2Select a printer and printer settings, and then click Next.

3Under Click a category, click a category of layouts.

4Click either Portrait or Landscape orientation.

5Click a template, and then click Next.

6Click One project or Several projects, and then click Next.
