In the event of any faults which you cannot remedy yourself, please contact:

When contacting your Dealer or Miele, please quote the model and serial number of your machine, both of which are shown on the data plate visible above the porthole glass when the door is open.

N.B. A call-out charge will be applied for service visits where the problem could have been resolved as described in these instructions.

Guarantee: U.K.

In the U.K, the washing machine is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

In the U.K. you must activate your cover by calling 0330 160 6640 or registering online at www.miele.co.uk.
