Nature: Nature settings provide a soft and comfortable environment with a choice of high, medium or low fan speeds.

Sleep: The sleep function uses the natural fan type and slowly lowers the speed of the Evaporative Cooler before finally turning it off altogether.

At high speed, the Evaporative Cooler will operate at the highest speed for 30 minutes, the medium speed for 30 minutes and the low speed for 30 minutes before turning off.

At medium speed, the Evaporative Cooler will operate at the medium speed for 30 minutes and the low speed for 30 minutes before turning off.

At low speed, the Evaporative Cooler will operate at low speed for 30 minutes before turning off.

Timer

The timer settings are for 0.5, 1, 2 or 4 hours. When the timer is set, the indicator “LED” will show it is in use. Press it once and the 0.5 indicator will illuminate. Press it again and the 1 indicator will illuminate (having both the 0.5 and the 1 hour indicators lit indicates the timer is set for 1.5 hours). Pressing the timer button four times in total will set the timer for 7.5 hours.

When none of the timer lights are lit, the timer is not set.

Flow

Press this key to turn on or off the automatic vertical louvre function. The direction can also be adjusted by using the manual horizontal louvre.

Care and Cleaning

Always disconnect electrical appliances before cleaning them.

Never spray with liquids or submerge the Evaporative Cooler in water or any other liquid.

Note: If the cordset of this appliance becomes damaged, discontinue use. Repairs should be undertaken only by a qualified technician.

Cleaning the Dust-Proof and Evaporated Nets

To clean the dust-proof and evaporated nets, ensure the Evaporative Cooler is turned off and disconnected from the power outlet.

Press the dust-proof net and pull it out of the main unit.

Twist off the two screws on the back cover and take them out. Twist off the two screws between the evaporated net holder and the wind channel, then remove the evaporated net from its holder.

Clean both using a damp sponge or cloth.

Cleaning the Pump

Before cleaning the pump, ensure the Evaporative Cooler is turned off and disconnected from the power outlet, remove the rubber plug from the back of the unit and drain the water. Remove the back cover, twist off the two screws of the pump and remove the rotor.

Clean it with a damp sponge or cloth and dry thoroughly before reinstalling it by reversing the above procedure.
