1With the slider closed and from the home screen, press > Tools > Datebook.

2Scroll to the desired date and touch Add or press ().

3Open the slider and use the keyboard to enter new appointment name and details. To change the time, recurrence, or alert type, scroll to the line and press the ().

4To save the appointment, touch the Right Touch Key (Done).

set an alarm

1With the slider closed and from the home screen, press > Tools > Alarm Clock > Alarm 1, Alarm 2, or Alarm 3.

2Select On, set the alarm time, recurrence, and alert sound.

3When finished, touch the Right Touch Key (Done).
