El audífono no entra al modo de asociación Asegúrese de que todos los dispositivos previamente asociados con el audífono estén desactivados. Si la luz indicadora destella en azul, primero apague el otro dispositivo y luego apague y encienda el audífono. La luz indicadora se encenderá en azul de forma constante y escuchará “ready to pair” (Listo para asociar).

Mi teléfono no encuentra el audífono durante la búsqueda

Asegúrese de que la luz indicadora del audífono esté encendida en azul constante cuando el teléfono esté buscando dispositivos. Si no es así, mantenga oprimidos ambos botones de volumen y el botón de llamada, mientras enciende el teléfono hasta que escuche “ready to pair” (Listo para asociar) y verá la indicadora en azul fijo.
