Editing a Memory Location
After you store names and numbers in the Phone
Book, you can edit the information or erase entries
at any time.
1. Follow the steps in “Getting to Phone Book”
above to select Edit.
2. Recall the entry by location or by name.
(See “Recalling an Entry by Name” or
“Recalling an Entry by Location” on
page 57.)
3. Press = to begin editing the phone number.
The display shows the name briefly, then the
phone number.
4. Press c to erase one digit at a time.
Press and hold c to erase the entire
number.
5. Enter your changes to the phone number.
6. Press = when you finish editing the phone
number.
The display shows the location where your
number is currently stored.
7. Press c to erase the memory location, then
enter a new two-digit location.

Getting to Phone Book
1. Press f, then press = to enter the menu system.
2. Press > or < to scroll to Phone Book, and press =
to select.
3. Press > or < to scroll to the following features, and press =
to
select.
