Decline CallSwitching Between CallsEnding the Active CallTurning Off Call Waiting

If you do not want to be interrupted during a call, you can turn Call Waiting off

prior to making/receiving a call.

Call Hold

When you are on an active call, you can place a call on hold a nd make a second

call. The options “3way” and “Spkr” appear only when you are on an active call.

Press o under “No”. If you’re a Nextel Voice Mail customer, the call

will be forwarded to your Nextel Voice Mailbox.

Press o under “Hold”. Your phone will refer to the first call as Call-1

and the second call as Call-2. If call 1 is on hold your display will read:

Call 1 - Hold 7035551234.

Press e.

Press n until you see “Wait”, then press o under “Wai t”.

Press o under “Off”. Call Waiting will be disabled for one call and

will automatically reset to “On” when you hang up.

To place the active call on hold, press n, then

press o under “Hold”. You may then answer

or place another call.

To toggle between the two calls, press n, then presso under

“Hold” again.
