Note: If you press the Wfor more than four seconds, the handset will power “On” in Transmitters Off mode. To avoid deactivating the phone’s transmitters when powering up, hold the power key for less than 4 seconds. To power up the phone normally from charging mode, wait until the Charger Attached screen is displayed, and then press the power key. See “transmitters” on page 49.
