6.25Resetting all settings
1.Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to
select RESET SETTINGS.
2.Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to
select ALL SETTINGS.
3.Press MENU to select YES. All personalized settings will be reset to default.
NOTE

X/JKL/5 or
/MUTE
Press to stop the current message playback.
Press to skip to play the next message.
Press to delete the current message and the next message will be played.
All of your phonebook entries, calls list and redial list will remain unchanged after resetting.
6.26Using your answering machine
6.26.1 Playing messages
1.Press 
/MUTE on the cordless handset from idle mode. New messages will be played followed by any older messages.
2.During message playback, press the keys below on the cordless handset to perform the following functions:
VOL+ | Press to increase the volume. |
REDIAL/VOL- Press to decrease the volume.
Press to toggle the message 
/SPEAKER playback with the earpiece/
speakerphone.
NOTE
When you are on either a cellular call or a home call, the answering system will not answer the second incoming call.

Press to repeat the current message from the beginning. Press twice to play the previous message.
