Using the Menu

Changing the Handset Base Recall time from the Cordless Handset

Recall is used to insert a line interruption when connected to certain switchboards, for transferring calls to another extension number, and for some network services, such as Call Waiting. For the UK the normal Recall setting is 100ms and your product has been preset to this.

Note: Only change the Recall setting if you are advised to do so by your switchboard provider.

1.Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key. Use the key to scroll to Setup BS. Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key

2.Use the key to scroll to Recall time. Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key

3.Use the and keys to scroll to the Recall time you require and press the ‘Menu/OK’ key to select

4.Press the key to return to idle

Message Waiting

If you have subscribed to a voice messaging service, ‘Message Waiting’ will be displayed to alert you if you have a message/s waiting.

To turn Visual Message Waiting Indication (VMWI) off from the Cordless Handset

1.Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key. Use the key to scroll to Setup BS. Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key

2.Use the key to scroll to VMWI. Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key

3.You will be prompted ‘VMWI off?’

4.Press the ‘Menu/OK’ to confirm or key to go back to idle
