Funcionamiento básico de la radio

Lea por completo esta guía de referencia antes de empezar a usar la unidad.

Encendido/apagado de la radio

Mantenga pulsado el botón MENU/ para encender/apagar la radio.

Ajuste del volumen

Para ajustar el volumen, pulse los botones y .

Ajuste del sonido (tono de las teclas)

La radio emite un tono cada vez que se pulsa uno de los botones (a excepción de los botones PTT y ).

Mantenga pulsado el botón mientras se enciende la radio para activar o desactivar el sonido.

Navegación por el menú

La radio tiene dos funciones de menú: menú de selección y menú de modo.

1.Para acceder al menú de selección, pulse el botón SEL/.

2.Para acceder al menú de modo, pulse el botón MENU/.

3.Para avanzar por los menús, pulse el botón SEL/ o MENU/ tantas veces como sea necesario.

4.Para salir de la función de menú, realice una de las siguientes acciones:

a.Mantenga pulsado el botón MENU/.

b.Mantenga pulsado el botón PTT, MON o .

c.Espere 10 segundos hasta que la unidad vuelva automáticamente al modo "Normal".

Cómo hablar por la radio

1.Sitúe la radio a 5–8 cm de la boca.

2.Mantenga pulsado el botón PTT mientras habla. El icono

aparece en la pantalla.

3. Suelte el botón PTT para recibir llamadas entrantes. Aparecerá el icono en la pantalla. Para contestar, repita el procedimiento desde el paso 1.

Nota: Al seguir transmitiendo durante 60 segundos, la radio emite el tono de tiempo de espera de transmisión y el icono parpadea. La radio dejará de transmitir.

Para poder hablar con alguien, las dos radios deben sintonizar el mismo canal y subcódigo. Consulte “Selección de un canal y un subcódigo” a continuación.

Selección de un canal y un subcódigo

Para seleccionar un canal:

1.El botón SEL/ permite acceder al menú de selección. Avance hasta que el indicador de canal parpadee.

2. o permiten desplazarse al canal deseado.

Para seleccionar un subcódigo:

1.El botón SEL/ permite acceder al menú de selección. Avance hasta que el indicador de subcódigo parpadee.

2. o permiten desplazarse al subcódigo deseado.

3.Salga del menú de selección.
