4Press the Right Soft Key (:) (Options) to perform other actions on the message, such as Forward,

Resend, Lock (to prevent deletion), Add to Contacts, Erase Sent, Message Info, or Sort By.

1From the main screen, press the Left Soft Key (:) (Message) to open ) MESSAGING.

2Use the Navigation Key (N) to scroll to Inbox and press the Center Select Key (M) (OK).

3Scroll to the message you want to read and press the Center Select Key (M) (OPEN).

4Press the Right Soft Key (:) (Options) to perform other actions on the message, such as Forward,

Reply w. Copy, Save Quick Text, Lock (to prevent deletion), Message Info, or Compose Message.

Note: You may see other options depending on the type of message received.

or

To make a voice call to the contact who sent the message, press the Send Key ($).

or

To make a PTT barge call to a number in the message, scroll to the number and press and hold the PTT key. (For more information on making a PTT barge call, see page 68.) The contact must be a valid PTT subscriber.
