you can speak during an active PTT call
(noone else is speaking)
•
you are receiving a barge call
•
you push a button while someone else on
thecall is talking
•
you are receiving an alert call
•
you have originated an alert call
•
the phone you are calling is busy or
unavailable
•
when the floor is available for you to speak
