Dial preprogrammed phone numbers:

s> É Tools > Dialing Services > Quick Dial

DTMF tones

Activate DTMF tones:

s> wSettings > Initial Setup > DTMF

When you dial a number, your phone sends it to your network as Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) tones.

To send DTMF tones during a call, just press number keys or scroll to a number in the contacts or call history lists and press Options and select Send Tones.

Note: You can show contacts stored in your phone’s memory or on your SIM card. To choose which entries you see, press s> n Contacts, then press Options and select View. You can select Phone & SIM Card, SIM Card, or

Phone Contacts.

assign a speed dial key to a contacts entry

You can assign the keys 1through 9to contacts entries. Then, when you press and hold a key, your phone calls the entry.

Note: Your service provider might assign some keys, such as 1for your voicemail number.

s> nContacts

Scroll to the contacts entry, press Options and select Add to Speed Dial, then select a speed dial key.
