add entries to group

To send a text message to many people at once, you can create a group and add contact entries to it.

1From the main screen, press the MKey (MENU) to open the menu.

2Use the Directional Key (N) to scroll to Contacts and press the MKey (OK).

3Scroll to Groups and press the MKey (OK).

4Scroll to the desired group name and press the Right Soft Key (Options).

5Scroll to Add and press the MKey (OK).

6On the ADD CONTACTS screen, scroll to each contact you want to add and press the MKey (MARK).

7When you finish adding contacts to a group, press the Left Soft Key (Done).

Tip: To add a Contacts entry to a group while editing the entry, scroll to Group and press the Left Soft Key (Set).

3Scroll to Groups and press the MKey (OK).

4Press the Left Soft Key (New).

5Enter the name for the new group and press the MKey (SAVE).
