caller ID

Calling line identification (caller ID) shows the phone number for an incoming call.

Your phone shows the caller’s name and picture when they’re stored in your address book, or Incoming Call when caller ID information isn’t available.

You can set your phone to play a different ringer ID for an entry stored in your address book (see page 70).

To show or hide your phone number from the next person you call, enter the phone number and press

Note: Check with your service provider, as emergency numbers vary by country. Your phone may not work in all locations, and sometimes an emergency call cannot be placed due to network, environmental, or interference issues.
