Use this page as a guide to determine slopes where you may not operate safely. Do not operate your lawn mower

Do not mow on inclines with a slope inexcessof15degrees(ariseofapproximately2-1/2feetevery10feet).Aridingmower could overturn and cause serious injury.Ifoperatingawalk-behindmoweronsuchaslope,itisextremelydifficulttomaintain your footing and you could slip, resultinginseriousinjury.
