Set Commands

#WLANSECURITYMODE – Security Mode of WLAN Module

Description:

Sets the Wireless LAN security mode.

 

Note: The module must be reset to put the command into effect.

Syntax:

AT#WLANSECURITYMODE =<value>

 

AT#WLANSECURITYMODE? Read or display the current setting.

Values:

0 - Security Disable

- WEP64 Security

- WEP128 Security

- WPA Security

Description:

Sets the wireless LAN network mode.

 

Note: The module must be reset to put the command into effect.

- Infrastructure mode

- Ad – Hoc mode

#WLANCOUNTRYCODE – Country Code

Description:

Sets country code. Different countries have different restrictions on Wireless LAN parameters like

 

operating channels and transmit power. To make it operable, the country code can be set by

 

using this AT command.

 

Note: The module must be reset to put the command into effect.

AT#WLANCOUNTRYCODE ="<value>"
