Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), your telephone number, and if the product is out of warranty, a check drawn on a U.S. bank or your company’s purchase order for repair charges. Repaired units shall be shipped freight collect, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
