KD6, KD1800 specifications

The Multiquip KD1800 and KD6 are robust, high-performance asphalt and concrete power trowels designed for professionals in the construction and masonry industries. These machines are engineered to deliver outstanding results while maintaining ease of use and operator comfort.

The KD1800 model features a powerful 18 horsepower engine, providing ample torque and efficiency for large-scale projects. Its balance of power and weight ensures optimal performance, allowing it to tackle even the most demanding surface finishes with precision. The KD1800 offers a blade diameter of 48 inches, making it ideal for expansive work areas. Its rotational speed is adjustable, enabling operators to customize the finishing process based on the specific requirements of their job.

In contrast, the KD6 is compact yet powerful, equipped with a reliable 6 horsepower engine. Tailored for smaller jobs or areas with limited access, it features a 36-inch blade diameter. The KD6 is designed for agility and maneuverability, making it a perfect choice for residential projects and tight spaces. Despite its size, the KD6 possesses sufficient power to deliver smooth, professional results on concrete surfaces.

Both models feature advanced technologies aimed at improving productivity and ease of operation. The adjustable handle height and tilt angle ensure ergonomic positioning for operators, preventing fatigue during extended use. The direct-drive system minimizes maintenance needs and enhances longevity, making both the KD1800 and KD6 low-maintenance solutions that deliver reliable performance.

Safety is paramount in the design of these trowels. Both models include protective features such as blade guards and anti-vibration systems to maximize operator comfort and safety. Furthermore, the KD1800 and KD6's user-friendly controls facilitate intuitive operation, allowing even less experienced operators to achieve high-quality finishes.

These power trowels are constructed from durable materials to withstand the rigors of daily use in the field. Their robust build quality means they can endure the harsh environments of construction sites while still delivering consistent performance.

In summary, whether you choose the Multiquip KD1800 for large-scale projects or the KD6 for smaller, more confined jobs, both power trowels promise exceptional performance, advanced features, and operator-friendly designs that make them invaluable tools for any professional contractor involved in concrete and asphalt finishing.
