Engine Oil Replacement

1.Replace engine oil, first in 25 hours of operation and every 50 to 100 hours afterwards.

2.Drain the engine oil when the oil is warm as shown in Figure 27.

3.Remove the oil drain bolt and sealing washer and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container.

4.Replace engine oil with recommended type oil as listed in Table 4. Engine oil capacity is 1.16 quarts (1.1 liters). DO NOT overfill.

5.Install drain bolt with sealing washer and tighten se- curely.

Air Filter

1.Remove the air cleaner cover and foam filter element as shown in Figure 28.

2.Tap the paper filter element (Figure 28) several times on a hard surface to remove dirt, or blow compressed air [not exceeding 30 psi (207 kPa, 2.1 kgf/cm2)] through the filter elementfromtheaircleanercaseside.NEVER brushoffdirt. MVH306GH specifications

The Multiquip MVH306GH is a versatile, heavy-duty vibratory plate compactor designed for a variety of soil and asphalt compaction applications in construction and landscaping. This powerful machine is built to deliver optimal performance while ensuring operator comfort and ease of use.

One of the main features of the MVH306GH is its robust Honda GX160 engine, which provides reliable power and high efficiency. The engine generates sufficient force to achieve deep compaction in different soil types, including clay, sand, and gravel. With its ability to produce 3,600 vibrations per minute, the MVH306GH ensures that the compaction is uniform, reducing the likelihood of future settlement in the compacted material.

Another noteworthy feature of the MVH306GH is its durable construction. The compactor is constructed with a heavy-duty steel plate that can withstand the rigors of daily use on construction sites. Its high-quality build guarantees longevity and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. The unit is also equipped with a foldable handle, which enhances its portability and storage, especially in tight spaces.

Comfort and usability are paramount in the design of the MVH306GH. The machine features an ergonomic vibration-dampened handle that minimizes operator fatigue during prolonged use. This design consideration allows operators to work efficiently without experiencing discomfort, leading to increased productivity on the job site.

The MVH306GH is also equipped with a reliable water tank, allowing for the added benefit of wet compaction, which is essential when working on asphalt. The ability to use water helps to bond materials together, resulting in a more stable and durable surface.

In terms of technology, the MVH306GH features an advanced vibration system that optimizes the compactor's performance. This system helps in achieving maximum compaction density while minimizing the likelihood of over-compaction that can lead to future cracking or damage.

Overall, the Multiquip MVH306GH vibratory plate compactor is an ideal choice for contractors looking for a powerful, efficient, and user-friendly solution for their compaction needs. With its impressive features, durable construction, and thoughtful design, this machine proves to be a valuable asset in any construction or landscaping project.
