The Unable to Load Page error message appears

If you consistently see this message with a particular Web page or Web site, your phone may not have enough memory to display it. See “nweb Error Messages” on page 36 for more conditions.

Error Messages

Two types of error messages may appear on your nweb screen, standard

HTTP messages and nweb messages.

If the message has a code number, it is a standard HTTP error message from the origin Web server – the server identified by the page’s URL. Usually you receive such a message only if the wireless connection is established and the Wireless Data Server is working. The problem is probably in the wired Internet or in the server itself. For more information, see http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_httpmessages.asp.

If the message has no number or appears in a screen titled “Error,” it is an nweb message.

Frequently encountered messages of both types are listed below, with suggested remedies.
