5)Loop the male buckle back over the 4th row of webbing and fasten it to the female buckle. Cinch by pulling down on the loose end of the webbing (Fig. 22). Repeat for the other side.

Additional Steps:
a)Fasten the buckle that connects the left and right lobes in front of the chest section of the vest. Cinch by pulling on the loose end of the webbing (Fig. 23).
