By using the joystick, choose the desired marker (the latest 8 markers used will be highlighted) from the catalog displayed, then press ENTER to confirm.

Once the desired marker has been selected, the GEONAV will insert a waypoint at the marker position and append the new leg to the existing route (if no route is available, the new waypoint will be connected to the boat’s position).

Press the EXIT key to go back to Navigation mode and enable automatically the Autozoom function.

NOTE: To delete a single marker, select it from the GOTO Marker list and press the CLR key.

Storing a set of markers in the CompactFlash™

Press the GOTO key to display the menu, select MARKER, then STORE and press ENTER. Use the joystick to change the de- fault name and press ENTER to confirm the operation.

The “MRK. STORED” message will confirm that markers have been stored correctly. Once stored, markers will disappear from the screen.

Each time a set of markers is stored in the CompactFlash™, the plotter memory is cleared and the indicator of the markers available is reset to the maximum value.

Recalling a set of markers from the CompactFlash™

Press the GOTO key to display the menu, select MARKER and then RECALL to open the marker catalog.

Select the marker set desired by using the joystick, then press ENTER to confirm the operation, or EXIT to exit.
