Batteries
When you turn the camera on, check the battery level indicator in the control panel to determine whether the batteries need to be replaced. See “ Checking Battery Level” for a description of the battery level indicator.
Replace the batteries with AA alkaline batteries. Do not use
On cold days, the capacity of batteries tends to decrease. When taking pictures outside in cold weather, keep a spare set of warm batteries on hand.
