Taking a Closer Look: Playback Zoom

Press the Nbutton and rotate the main command dial right to zoom in on the image displayed in full-frame playback or on the image currently highlighted in thumbnail playback.

The following operations can be performed while zoom is in effect:

Zoom in or		in. While N
	N+	button is pressed, main command dial
out		can be used to control size of frame—
		rotate dial left to zoom out, right to zoom
		36 × 24 (3 : 2) format images in up to 27 ×
		(large images), 20 × (medium images) or
		13 × (small images). Release Nbutton
		to magnify selected area to fill monitor.
View other	N+	Use multi selector to view area not visible
		in monitor. Keep multi selector pressed
areas of image		to scroll rapidly to other areas of frame.
View other		Rotate main command dial to view same
		location in other images at current zoom I
images
		ratio.

Return to		Monitor will turn off. Photographs can be
shooting		/ K taken immediately.
