
Shooting Options: The Shooting Menu
CContinuous
Capture motion in a series of pictures and apply Best Shot Selector (BSS). When a setting other than Single is selected, the flash will be disabled, and focus, exposure and white balance are fixed at the values for the first picture in each series.

BSS is recommended for shooting under low lighting without the flash, with the camera zoomed in, or in other situations in which camera shake is likely to blur pictures.
