Shooting,
GAF Area Mode
Use this option to determine where the camera focuses.
When digital zoom is in effect, the camera will focus on the subject in the center focus area regardless of the applied AF area mode option.
zFace priority (default setting)
The camera automatically detects and focuses on a face looking toward the camera (Shooting with
→A87). If the camera detects multiple faces, the camera focuses on the face closest to the camera.
When shooting subjects other than people, or framing a
subject with which no face is recognized, AF area mode |
