PROBLEM	SOLUTION
CONTROL
iRemote/Keypad does	a)	Conﬁrm TM-XM is in proper
not control TM-XM		card slot in MultiZone Re-
		ceiver card cage.
	b)	Check Module connection to
		header in card cage.
	c)	Conﬁrm XM Radio Subscrip-
		tion activation.

SIGNAL STRENGTH/RECEPTION
Weak or no signal	a)	Check 50 ohm antenna con-
		nection.
	b)	Reposition antenna to im-
		prove reception
	c)	Install Niles SRS-2W or
		SRS-4W when using more
		than one TM-XM.

PRESETS
No channels in Favorites	Program Favorite channels using
	IntelliFile® 3 or User Interface.

AUDIO
No Audio in expansion	Check connection of L&R
zones	Cascade Audio OUT from
	TM-XM to L&R Audio IN on IM-
	AUDIO Module.
