7 Call log

Warning: Do not switch on the phone when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.

Your phone keeps a log (record) of call-related information including phone numbers and call times.Call log keeps track of:

Before your phone can log missed or received calls properly:

1You must have a subscription to caller ID service.

2Your phone must be turned on and in a digital service area.

3The caller must not have caller ID blocked.

4Your phone time and date must be set.

Note: If the incoming call has caller ID blocked, the number cannot be recorded in the call log. If you try to view the call log, the message No number is displayed.

• CHECK MISSED, RECEIVED, OR DIALED CALLS

Your phone records information about the 20 most recently missed, received, and dialed calls. To view call log entries:

1Press Menu 2 (Call log), press Select, then scroll to the desired call type (Missed calls, Received calls, or Dialed numbers), then press Select.

2Use the up and down scroll keys to scroll to the desired call log entry type (missed, received, or dialed calls), then press Options.

Note: If the phone number recorded by the call log matches a number stored in your phone book, the name of the phone book entry is displayed.

View call log options

The table below contains a list of options available for all call log entries. Use call log shortcuts

Option	Description
Call time	Shows the time when the call was missed, received or placed
Send message	Allows you to write and send a text message to numbers listed in the call log
View number	Displays the phone number when call log entry matches a number found in
	your phone book
Use number	Allows you to edit the number shown on the screen
Save	Saves the number in your phone book
