Phone label

The phone label is inside the back cover of your phone, located under the battery. It contains important information about your phone, including the model and electronic serial numbers (ESN). Nokia recommends that you note this information on the title page of this guide. Please do not remove or deface the label.

Have the right information available

We recommend that you have the following information available before you contact the Nokia Customer Service department:

•The phone model number

•Electronic serial number (ESN)

•Your ZIP code

Have the phone or enhancement available

Whether calling about your phone or an enhancement, have the equipment available when you call. A Nokia representative may ask a specific question about your phone or enhancement, so please have the device available for quick reference.

Make sure to register your phone at www.warranty.nokiausa.com or 1-888-NOKIA-2U (1-888-665-4228) so that we can serve your needs better if you should call the Nokia Customer Care Center or have your phone repaired.

When you register your phone, you can sign up for Nokia's e-newsletter Nokia Connections if you would like. You will receive tips and tricks on using your phone, enhancement information, and special offers.
