Contacts list

Caller groups—Add the contact to an existing caller group. Custom tone—Add a custom ring tone to the contact.

Send bus. card—Send the contact as a business card to another phone. Send message—Create and send the contact a message.

1-touchdialing—Add the contact to your 1-touch dialing list. Edit name—Edit the name of the contact.

View name—View the name of the contact.

Delete—Delete the entire contact entry from your contacts list.

5Edit the option to your preference and press OK.

DELETE CONTACTS LIST ENTRIES

1At the start screen, select Contacts > Delete.

To delete individual entries, select One by one. Scroll to the entry you wish to delete, press Delete > OK to confirm.

To delete the entire contents of your contacts list, scroll to Delete all. Press Select > OK to confirm.

2Enter the security code (the default security code is 12345) and press OK.

SEND AND RECEIVE CONTACTS (BUSINESS CARDS)

You can send and receive an entry in your contacts list (business card) using infrared (IR) or as a text message, if supported by your wireless provider. For more information on using IR, see “Infrared” on page 61.

Send a business card

IR

1Activate the IR port of the other device and align the IR ports of both devices.

2Highlight the entry from the contacts list that you wish to send and select Details > Options > Send bus. card > Via infrared.

3If the entry has multiple subentries, select Primary number or All details, and the business card is sent.

TEXT MESSAGE

1Highlight the entry from the contacts list that you wish to send and select Details > Options > Send bus. card > Via text message.

2If the entry has multiple subentries, select Primary number or All details.

3Enter the number for your recipient or press Search to retrieve a number from your contacts list.

4Press OK and the business card is sent.
