Inspecting the server interiorIntroduction
Before you install the server, you should perform a visual inspection for
loose components, foreign matter, or shipping damage inside the server.
To inspect the server interior
1Ensure that all the cards are fully seated on the baseboard.
2Check for any loose wires or foreign objects, such as loose screws,
inside the chassis.
3Review the slot locations (see “Rear panel diagram” on page 16).
4Do one of the following:
