Ordering replacement parts

Servicing the 491

To order spare parts or replacement/missing parts, call the Sales Depart- ment at 978/897-0770.

Repair of the 491 is performed only at the factory. Service includes a com- plete hardware and software check-out.

NOTE:

Field repairs are not authorized and will void the

 

warranty!

 

For transducer service, including parts and repairs,

 

please contact the transducer manufacturer.

 

 

The 491 and any accessories returned for warranty repair that are deter- mined to be without fault are subject to a handling charge.
