The monitor can also be used to take a single measurement for other persons using the GUEST Mode. The USER ID symbol is not displayed when using the GUEST Mode. Measurements taken using the GUEST Mode are not stored in the memory.

CUFF WRAP GUIDE CAUTION

CALIBRATION CHECK SYSTEM

When you press the START/STOP button, the Calibration Check System light turns on and the unit starts monitoring your readings using dual sensors. If the unit is accurate and functioning correctly, the Calibration Check System light remains lit during the measurement. If an error is detected, the Calibration Check System light flashes and “ER” will appear on the display.

CUFF WRAP GUIDE

This monitor checks whether the arm cuff is wrapped around the arm correctly during the inflation. When the cuff is wrapped correctly, Manual background is displayed while taking a measurement or using the memory function. If the cuff is not wrapped correctly, Manual background is displayed. If Manual background is displayed, refer to the section “Applying the Arm Cuff”, wrap the cuff firmly around the arm and take another measurement.
