INPUT

When connected to a component system, the synchronous recording operations given below are possible.

Synchronous recording from the CD player to the CDR-201A.

Synchronous recording from the MD recorder or tape deck to the CDR-201A.

Synchronous recording from the CDR-201A to a MD recorder or tape deck.

Synchronous recording from a CD player to the CDR-201A

Preparation

Turn on the CDR-201A (see page 20).

Place the music CD in the CD player. (Refer to the instruction manual for the C-701A.)

Place a recordable CD-R or CD-RW in the CDR- 201A (see page 20).

1 Repeatedly press the INPUT button until "Digital In1" appears.

INPUT

For analog recording, select "Analog In." Proceed to step 3 if you do not wish to adjust the recording level.

Note:

Synchronous recording cannot be performed when "Digital In 2" is selected.

2 Press the sbutton on the CD player to start playback.

3 Press the oREC button (or the remote controller REC obutton).

"Rec Setup" appears in the display followed by the time display (the recording standby state).
