Taking Pictures with Burst Mode

By continuously pressing the shutter button, it is possible to record in burst mode. (4 frames/second maximum of 8 frames)

[Preparation]

• Set the REC mode dial. (P25)

1Set the operational mode dial to burst

mode [ ].

2 Press the shutter button halfway to lock the focus, then press it fully to take pictures in sequence.

It is possible to record 4 frames in 1 second in burst mode, at a shutter speed higher than 1/25,

but the flash does not fire simultaneously.

If the flash fires, it is possible to record only 1 frame.

When quality is set to TIFF [ ], it is not possible to use the burst mode.

When quality is set to fine [ ], it is possible to record a maximum of 4 frames in burst mode .

In motion image mode [ ], the burst mode cannot be used.

Only the first picture recorded is displayed on the LCD monitor.
