Adding Audio to Recorded Pictures (Audio Dubbing)

It is possible to add a 10-second narration to a recorded picture.

[Preparations]

•Set the operational mode dial to playback [].

•Select the picture to which you want to add audio.

1 Press the [MENU] button.

2 Press 3/4 to select [AUDIO DUB.] and then press 1.

SELECT: SET EXIT

3By pressing the [REVIEW/SET] button, audio recording starts. (1 Microphone)

•When audio has already been recorded, after the audio dubbing the original audio is overwritten.

•When audio has already been recorded, this

message is displayed “OVERWRITE AUDIO DATA?”. Then press 3/4 to select [YES] and after pressing the [REVIEW/SET] button, the audio recording starts.

4By pressing the [REVIEW/SET] button, the audio recording stops.

•Even if you do not press the [REVIEW/SET] button, after about 10 seconds the audio recording stops automatically.

5Press the [MENU] button twice.

•The menu will disappear.

•The audio dubbing cannot be used with pictures

with the quality set to TIFF [ ].

•The audio dubbing cannot be used with motion images.
