Using the Playback Zoom

1Enlarge the picture.

The magnification reverts to [1k], when you press the [MENU] button.

When you change the magnification, the zoom position indication A appears for about 1 second to check where is enlarged.

2Shift the picture.

ªTo delete a picture during the playback zoom

Press the [ ] button.

When the confirmation screen appears, press 2 to select [YES], and press 4. (P43)

¬Suggestions/Tips ¬

The more the picture is enlarged, the more its quality deteriorates.

The playback zoom may not operate if pictures have been recorded with other equipment.

Even if the LCD monitor is turned off in normal Playback mode (P23), the magnification and enabled operations appear on the LCD monitor when the Playback Zoom is activated.

You can switch whether you turn the LCD monitor on or off by pressing the [DISPLAY] button.

When you set the magnification to

[1k], the LCD monitor is displayed as usual.
