Technique for Portrait mode

To make this mode more effective:

1Rotate the zoom lever to Tele as far as possible.

2Be close to the subject.

3Select a background which is far from the camera.

ªTaking Pictures using Landscape Mode

In Landscape mode the camera is adjusted to produce the greatest depth of field. This mode works best outdoors under direct sunlight at distances exceeding 3 m.
